We understand Alabama weather can be unpredictable. If rain is in the forecast, you may reschedule your rental at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your event start time.

For everyone’s safety and in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, bounce houses should accommodate no more than 5–6 children of similar size at one time. All slides operate on a one rider at a time rule.

Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before delivery, so you can enjoy your event with confidence and peace of mind.

🔌 What’s Included with Your Rental

• Commercial-grade blower

• Extension cord

• Safety stakes or sandbags for secure anchoring
  Sandbags are required for certain surfaces and additional fees may apply.

🏡 Setup Requirements

• Adequate space and a clear path to the setup location

• One dedicated electrical outlet per blower within 75 feet

• For water slide rentals, a water hose long enough to reach the unit

🚫 Important Restrictions

• NO Silly String (Damage fees range from $250–$5,000)

• NO Sand Setups – We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the setup area is sand. Deposits are non-refundable in this situation.
