Rain Policy:
If rain is in the forecast, you may reschedule your rental at no additional charge. Rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your event start time.

Safety & Occupancy:
For safety and manufacturer guidelines, we recommend a maximum of 5–6 children of similar size in the bounce area at one time. Slides are one rider at a time.

Cleaning & Sanitization:
All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every rental to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Setup Requirements

• Adequate space and a clear path to the setup area

• One dedicated electrical outlet per blower within 75 feet

• A water hose long enough to reach the inflatable (for water slide use)

Rental Rules

• No silly string (damage fees range from $250–$5,000)

• No sand setups or sand deliveries — reservations may be canceled if the setup area is sand, and deposits are non-refundable
